The condition of after October Revolution is known for all. Religious leaders, kozhas, mullahs, imams were victims of persecution and repression because of the soviet-atheistic policy. Many historical, religious books were disappeared and buried under the ground. Some saint places, mosques were laid in ruins. These events touched the Arystanbab monument and its library. The library of Arystanbab was destroyed during the red genocide in 1930s, in 1960s “Red corner” re-opened and amended with Marxist and Leninist literature. There were above a hundred books in Arabic, Persian, Turkic languages in the funds of the library. In most of the books were written “Devoted to Arystanbab” and certified with written stamp “Mulla Fakhriddin Syddyk”.
Old inscriptions and part of the book collections were saved by the graduate of Bukhara madrasah Abuseit Ongarbaiuly and a master Kalmyrza Musapiruly who once re-built the Arystanbab monument in 1907-1909. Kazykhan Serikbaev a brother of Abuseit Ongarbaiulygave saved old inscriptions and book to the fund of Spiritual Museum of Abu Nasr al-Farabi through an ethnographer, a literary critic Abdulla Zhumashev. According to the order the old inscriptions and books of the master Kalmyrza were buried with him after his death.
Today it was organized an exhibition together with the Spiritual Museum named after Abu Nasr al-Farabi on the theme: “The Arystanbab library is the returned treasure” where demonstrated saved old inscriptions and books of Abuseit Ongarbaiuly. The purpose of the exhibition is to demonstrate and propagate the saved treasures to the public in its homeland. The exhibition was officially opened by the deputy head of the region Zhapparkulov Perdekhan. This event were attended by the people’s poetess Kalybekova Aselkhan Alsherikyzy, a theologian and historian Zhandarbek Zikiria Zamankhanuly and decendants of Abuseit Ongarbaiuly and Kalmyrza Musapiruly. They expressed gratitude to the organizers, and spoke out about importance of this activity. The event was concluded by the scientific adviser of the museum Nurtaza Aldabergenov and the ceremony was officially opened by cutting the ribbon.
